September 2016

Entered into a commercialisation agreement with second Portuguese University, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Faculty of Science and Technology.

February 2016

Signed agreement with first Portuguese University, Evora University, to assist with the spin-off and licensing activities emerging from its research programmes.

November 2015

Group reported a doubling of total revenue and a significant increase in pre-tax profit over the previous year.

March 2015

Announced 2nd spin-out company, Cambridge Sensor Innovation, created from technology developed at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge.

December 2014

Group reported significant increase in total revenue and small pre-tax profit.

November 2014

Agreement with, and equity, in first spin-out company from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Simulation Solutions.

October 2014

Secured an agreement with a second energy utility, Energias de Portugal, the Portuguese energy utility enabling co-operation to provide industrial leadership for early-stage energy companies.

2013

Entered into collaboration agreement with Iberdrola to provide investment and industrial leadership for promising clean technology companies.

2011

Admitted to AIM Market, raising £1 million. Signed 10-year commercialisation partnership with University of Plymouth.

2009

Acquired the partnerships with University of Dundee and Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen from Sigma Capital Group plc and launched Frontier IP Group plc on PLUS Markets.
