Nandi develops and licenses technology which enables the production of a wide range of novel and improved food ingredients. The technology is based upon the controlled use of heat and sugars to alter the properties of animal and vegetable proteins to give beneficial characteristics including health benefits to foods and drinks. Frontier IP provides Nandi with business support services.
